• 1. Power on the device and connect to its WIFI

    Power on the departure board using the supplied USB cable and plug, then connect to the WIFI network displayed on the screen using a phone or computer.

  • 2. Browse to the shown IP adress

    Browse to HTTP://192.168.4.1 in a web browser.

  • 3. Select your home WIFI

    Select your HOME WIFI network from the drop-down list and connect the device.


    Note: If your home WIFI does not show up, but you can see other networks, you may need to enable your router's 2,4GHz bandwith setting.

  • 4. Select your preferences

    Select your country by clicking and holding the FLAG SYMBOL and choose from the drop-down menu.


    Select your local operator by clicking and holding the OPERATOR button.


    Choose your remaining preferences and remember to press SAVE.

  • - Changing settings in the future

    If you wish to change any settings in the future you will need to use to the new router-assigned IP ADRESS displayed during startup. Note: This IP adress is assigned by your local network and will not be the same as during the initial setup.

  • - Is the device sufficiently powered?

    Make sure to use the provided USB charger, or the device may fail due to not getting enough power.

  • - How is the device placed?

    The optimal distance from the router is about 5-6 meters. Don't place it too close or too far from the router, or behind walls or objects that could interfere with the signal.

  • - Is your router broadcasting on the 2,4GHz band?

    The 2,4GHz band is used by many wireless home consumer products, so make sure this setting is enabled on your router.

  • - Is the device up to date?

    Make sure to regularly update your device to ensure optimal performance. Go to the settings page and click the blue button containing the version number.

  • - How do I factory reset the device?

    1. Disconnect the power by unplugging the USB cord from device.
    2. Then, while pressing the button, plug the USB cord back in.
    3. After a few minutes, the device will reset to factory settings and reboot automatically.

      If your device lacks a physical button, you can use this page instead to flash the firmware.
